We are delighted to announce our latest senior appointment here at 3Squared. John Hickling has recently joined us as Client Partnership Director, a new role created as we continue to expand.
John will support 3Squared’s clients, including Network Rail, East Midlands Railway and GB Railfreight, to guide them through the nuances of using our innovative RailSmart suite of tools. At the same time, John will also actively engage with our clients to ensure that new product feature requests can be acted on by the rest of the team and will help us deliver an enhanced level of client onboarding and eLearning, for new and existing RailSmart customers.
John will be working at 3Squared on a part-time basis and he joins us from train building giant Bombardier Transportation – another of 3Squared’s clients – where he most recently held the position of Learning Development Manager. His appointment comes as we experienced tremendous growth in 2019 and signed several lucrative contracts. 2020 is set to continue to the growth trend following our recent move into a new and larger office, following a £250,000 investment into the new office space.
