What to Expect

Here is a step-by-step guide to the hiring process at 3Squared.

1. Apply

If you dont see an opportunity that matches your skills you can send your CV and a covering letter to hr@3squared.com 

Receipt will be acknowledged so you can relax knowing that your application has found its way safely to us. 

2. Review

The hiring manager will review your application in line in line with the job specifications and you will receive feedback on your application. 

We may reach out via email with questions before we make a decision on your application as we want to ensure we have the right information before we make the decision.

3. Shortlist

If you’re successfully shortlisted, we’ll arrange an introductory call to discuss your current experience and your expectations.

A new job has to be right for both of us, so we are happy to answer any questions you may have.

We will be fully transparent about the role, remuneration, the company and benefits package at this stage, so we can both decide whether to continue with your application.


4. The Interview

This is your opportunity to help us understand how your knowledge, skills and behaviours will help you in the role. 

We again are happy to answer any questions about the role and the company so do come prepared.

5. Feedback

Perhaps the most important part of the process from our perspective.

We understand you’ve made a decision to move positions, so we aim to provide specific feedback following your interview so that you can understand the decision.

6. Onboarding

If you have been successful in the application process (whoohoo well done you!)

We will send out your offer paperwork, order your equipment and start planning your induction.

We will keep in touch and ensure you have all the details you need for your grand arrival (including your choice of cereal and coffee).
