What to Expect

Here is a step-by-step guide to the hiring process at 3Squared.

1. Apply

Send your CV, covering letter and portfolio (if required) to our secure mailbox –  hr@3squared.com

Receipt will be acknowledged so you can relax knowing that your application has found its way safely to us. 

2. Review

The hiring manager will review your application in line with our company commitments. We remove all personal details and blind screen applicants to minimise the opportunity for ‘unconscious bias’.

Rest assured, unlike other companies, there are no computer programs doing the selection process for us based on some keywords on your CV!

If it’s a speculative application, we’ll request your permission to keep your details so we can get in touch when we’re hiring again.

3. Shortlist

Our Operations team will get in touch with next steps, it could be an invitation into the office, a request for your portfolio, a telephone interview or feedback on why your application wasn’t successful this time.

If you’re shortlisted, you will be assigned a named contact to guide you through the process.

We’re also fully transparent about the role, remuneration, the company and benefits package at this stage, so you can decide whether you wish to continue with your application.

4. The Interview

This is your opportunity to get a feel for the role, the company and have the all important office tour.

5. Call Back

Once we’ve interviewed you, we move quickly.  We know talent doesn’t stick around for long so our skates are already on! We’ll be in touch to get your thoughts and possibly make an offer.

Unsuccessful candidates will be given meaningful feedback or some suggestions to help with future applications.

6. Onboarding

Paperwork will be sent out quickly and your team lead will get busy ordering your kit, polishing your desk and planning your induction.

Our Operations team will keep in touch with company goings on and all the details you need for your grand arrival (including your choice of cereal and coffee).
